F.A.Q.

• Cancel your appointment via the link in the confirmation email. The masseur will be notified automatically.
• Appointments can be cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours in advance. After that, we are obliged to charge the full fee. In case of force majeure, the appointment will be moved to a later time, by mutual agreement of course.
• Our booking system cannot automatically return money, so when cancelling an already paid appointment, please send your bank details to algemeen@healingpeople.nl, we will refund the amount as soon as possible.
• You can also use your payment for a subsequent appointment: just book a new appointment without paying and mention the date of the original appointment in the comments field.

When making an appointment and/or entering Healing People, you agree to the following house rules:

• Treatments by appointment.
• At the first appointment, we have a brief intake interview. All information is strictly confidential and will not be given to third parties.
• Before the start of the massage, tell me if anything is bothering you and if anything should be taken into account regarding your health, medical or psychological history or other issues that might be important.
• If you are under doctor's treatment and/or taking medication, always consult your doctor about whether you can undergo massage. If in doubt about a contraindication, treatment may possibly be waived.
• Erotic massages are not given under any circumstances and are non-negotiable.
• Massage Marin cannot be held responsible / liable for material and/or immaterial damage caused before, during and/or after treatment.

• Can I still book? If one of our masseurs is available, you can book up to 15 minutes in advance through our online booking system.
• Are you covered by my insurance? No, unfortunately not.
• Who can I go to for treatment of the Psoas? Hanna, Shaun, Stephanie and Mairon.
