The MUNZ FLOOR spine workout has tremendous immediate impacts; more freedom in the joints, more muscle sponginess, movements are anti-inflammatory, they do wonders against stress. This Award-Winning neuromuscular technique was developed by Alex Munz, former Principal ballet dancer, in collaboration with scientists.
You need no manual adjustment or training devices, the human body alone is the most advanced technology. The MUNZ FLOOR concept is brilliantly simple: lying on the ground, you perform spherical movements which massage you from the inside and release the extraordinary power of the fascia. Within this fascia massage, the connective tissues have the power to self produce collagen, elastin, and proteoglycans, a complex protein with high water retention capacity, one class suffices to feel this amazing intramuscular hydration.
Georgia Boddez, originally from Vancouver, Canada, is a freelance dance artist and performer. At the age of 18 she relocated to Amsterdam to pursue further dance opportunities across Europe. Being passionate about exploring and embodying movement all her life led her towards becoming a certified coach of MUNZ FLOOR.
“This method has an astounding ability to make you go in-depth while letting you be completely autonomous. I love the immediate effects of increased muscle tone and flexibility, they make me more in tune with my body and mind as a whole. Learning directly from the originator Alex Munz made me delve into the very sources of MUNZ FLOOR and all its molecular intricacies.
MUNZ FLOOR has brought me on a journey into the fascia and central nervous systems, I now understand why this tridimensional multidirectional method unleashes powerful resources, whatever your age or body condition. I hope to share this new therapeutic and non-invasive solution with others.”
“Just a week before taking your class I had quite a severe back spasm. I was slightly worried that the rotational movements would aggravate it. But quite the opposite happened, I stood up feeling energised and like I could finally get back to all my ranges of motion. Thank you Georgia!”
“I so enjoyed and needed these sessions... the deep dive into my body and rediscovering the possibility of going slow and taking the time to be with myself. Your voice is supportive and connective which allowed me to feel secure and safe in the softening of the fascia and the float in my fluids and breath.
