Sometimes losing weight is a healthy choice, but what counts for me as a Holistic Nutritional Coach is the relationship you have with yourself, your relationship with food and the opportunity to connect with our essence. As human beings we are inevitably connected to the natural world we came from.

One hype after another comes our way: keto, paleo, vegan, intermittent fasting… are they or are they not the answer to the current abundant Western dietary habits that is partly responsible for the explosion of chronic Western lifestyle diseases and obesity?
