At Healing People we offer you a very pleasant way to restore that connection, to relax and calm your mind, and to recharge your battery.
You can enjoy to feel your body again not only by yoga, but also having a healing massage. In the yoga session – also without experience – you will explore meditation, and a dynamic combination of posture, breathing techniques and sounds (mantras). The massage session offers you 30 minutes of deep relaxation.
